Finance & Taxation Compliance The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on September 22, 2026, issued an amendment to the older notification no. 77/2021-Customs(ADD), dated December 27, 2021, regarding the Extension of Anti-Dumping Duty on Specified Imported Goods.

The amendment provides that, notwithstanding the existing validity period, the anti-dumping duty imposed under the notification will remain in force up to and including March 26, 2027, unless it is revoked, superseded, or amended earlier.
